Please also see advice from RingGo about how to stay safe from QR code scams and fake websites and guidance from the British Parking Association about how to protect yourself from fraud.

We do not use QR codes for parking payments. You can help us to eliminate scams aimed at motorists using our parking facilities. If you see a QR code attached to a parking payment information sign in one of our car parks or on-street parking locations, you can quickly and easily report a fake QR code

Paying to use our parking facilities

Parking sessions in our car parks (except Stockwell Close multi-storey car park) and all on-street pay to park parking locations must be arranged through RingGo, our cashless service provider. Parking sessions can be arranged and paid for through RingGo in advance of arrival at our facilities, however, parking spaces cannot be reserved and their availability cannot be guaranteed. Any advance payment made cannot be refunded in circumstances where there is no space at the location paid for and an alternative location has to be used.
